DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
As a member of the senior management team, the development director of Child and Family Services serves as the principal fundraising officer and is uniquely positioned to provide leadership in one of the oldest and finest human service nonprofits in New Hampshire. CFS serves approximately 13,000 people per year from 14 sites throughout the state, and has an annual operating budget of $12M. The development director is accountable for activities related to the raising of charitable dollars for the agency, including: annual giving; donor prospecting, cultivation and stewardship; foundation research and grant proposals; capital campaigns; major gifts, endowment and legacy programs, developing and securing corporate giving sponsorships for special events. The development director supervises a small high-functioning team and works closely with the communications director to raise a minimum of $1.2M per year.
In partnership with the CEO, the development director is responsible for the oversight, planning and implementation of a comprehensive, strategic fundraising program for charitable revenue and provides leadership and education to the board of trustees in the pursuit of philanthropic goals. In addition to personally managing a portfolio of 30 to 40 major donors, stewarding existing relationships and identifying prospective individual and corporate donors is a priority. The ideal candidate would have 7-10 years of experience in development and fundraising and be a strategic leader capable of bringing the agency to the next level of philanthropy. Experience in building and growing a culture of philanthropy, knowledge of current and evolving trends in fundraising, and proven success in securing major gifts from individuals and the business community are a must. Minimum bachelor's degree, master's preferred. CFRE International certification is desired. Strong analytic skills that include: research and data management, strong computer skills, experience with automated donor databases and specialized fund raising software, and strong presentation and writing skills are required.
As an ambassador of the agency, the development director is engaged with a wide variety of stakeholders and requires the ability to convey the agency's core purpose to diverse groups with confidence and diplomacy.

Seeking an innovative, energetic, creative, compassionate, and hard-working individual to provide prevention and intervention services to runaway and homeless youth ages 12- 18 in the greater Manchester area. Services to include community/street outreach, crisis intervention, intensive case management, family mediation, and supportive counseling. Must be able to work independently and be a team player. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage and de-escalate crisis, build and maintain relationships while collaborating with community resources. Must be able to work a variety of hours including evenings. SCHEDULING COORDINATOR - MANCHESTER, NH AREA
Scheduling Coordinator needed in our busy home care department. This position can be full time, benefit eligible or job shared with two part time positions.
This individual will be responsible for the effective and efficient scheduling of client visits, have an excellent phone manner, be patient and discreet, and have the ability to work with a diversified population. Successful candidates must be able to multi task, adapt to changing situations, complex scheduling needs, and handle confidential material. Candidates also must be detail orientated and have excellent time management skills as well the ability to perform administrative tasks as directed. DAY TREATMENT CASEWORKER - NASHUA, NH AREA
Responsible for creating a safe and therapeutic environment that is strength-based and promotes positive youth development. Responsibilities include facilitating program meetings, community service activities, recreational & independent living activities, as well as clinical groups and behavior management programs. The caseworker will drive agency vans or private vehicles to provide transportation for program clients.
