DAY TREATMENT SITE SUPERVISOR - CONCORD, NH AREA
The site supervisor will assist Day Treatment clients in the development and treatment of their individualized goals. As part of the Day Treatment team, the supervisor is responsible for creating a safe and therapeutic environment which is strengths-based and promotes positive youth development. Responsibilities include oversight of the program, developing staff schedules as well as providing supervision and guidance to other program staff. As site supervisor you will assist the manager with hiring and training of staff, generating and managing referrals and maintaining positive relationships with referral sources in the community. Other skills needed are a working knowledge of computers, the ability to complete paperwork timely and effectively. Must possess excellent verbal and face to face communication skills. PROGRAM MANAGER, THERAPEUTIC DAY TREATMENT and SCHOOL SOCIAL WORK PROGRAMS
The Day Treatment program serves adolescents involved with the juvenile justice system within milieu settings in Concord and Nashua. The Program Manager is responsible for supporting staff in the creation of a safe and therapeutic environment that is strength-based and promotes positive youth development. By maintaining an active presence in the milieu, they can coordinate with Site Supervisors to generate and manage referrals, hire and train staff, and maintain positive relationships with the community and referral sources. The Program Manager is responsible for the relationship between the agency and the Division for Children, Youth and Families, providing outcome measures and certification materials as required. Operating the program within the annual budget allocated, in compliance with standards set by the Council on Accreditation and assisting in fundraising/grant writing activities is expected. In addition, the Program Manager oversees the work of the agency's school social work program, providing both administrative and clinical oversight to the staff in this program. The ideal candidate will be licensed by the NH Board of Mental Health with a master's degree in social work or counseling and at least 3 years of management experience. Unlicensed, master's level candidates with considerable management experience will be considered. The Street Outreach Team seeks a Peer Street Worker who will work with the Street Outreach team. In this position, you will assist runaway, homeless, and street youth ages 12-22 in obtaining basic needs such as food and clothing from our drop-in center. You will also provide street-based education to the youth of the Manchester community about services the Street Outreach Program provides. As a full time Home Visitor, you will provide support to families prenatally and to those with children of all ages.
