LICENSED NURSING ASSISTANT - MANCHESTER, NH AREA (part-time) 
Child and Family Services Home Care Program seeks an energetic, caring Licensed Nursing Assistant part time variable hour schedule, up to 29 hours, in Manchester and the surrounding area. LNA's provide services for clients in their home to help maintain independent living. You will also provide assistance with personal care, skin care, ambulation, and nutrition, as well as light housekeeping, laundry, transportation, and socialization. Candidates must be a Licensed Nursing Assistant in the state of NH. A minimum of 6 months experience, preferably in home health care preferred.

PERSONAL CARE SERVICE PROVIDERS - MANCHESTER & NASHUA, NH AREAS (part-time)
Our Home Care Program is looking for energetic, caring, individuals to provide services for clients in their home to help maintain independent living. Part-time availability, 25-29 hours/week; day shifts between 8:00am and 5:00pm. As a PCSP you will provide assistance with activities of daily living including, light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, medication reminders, socialization, and companionship. Some clients may need assistance with personal care. Clients are based in Manchester, Nashua and surrounding towns. Mileage reimbursement of .44 per mile is paid between client visits.

HOME VISITORS, HEALTHY FAMILIES AMERICA PROGRAM - CONCORD, NH AREA
Home visitors provide support to families beginning in the prenatal stage through the child's first three years of life. Focus is on health education, family support and child development as well as assisting clients in accessing various programs and services in the community. The Home Visitor works in partnership with schools, state agencies, medical providers as well as social service agencies to help promote family self sufficiency. BS or BA degree required with experience and 1 to 2 years of home visiting, infant/toddler development, parenting education preferred. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently collaborating with client and staff to coordinate services. We are seeking a full time clinician in our Lebanon, NH office  Clinicians provide assessment and therapy, case management, collaboration with collateral agencies and crisis management. Sessions will be held in the office, community settings and at times, in family homes.  Flexible schedules are available. License required. Candidate must be licensed by the NH Board of Mental Health (LICSW, LCMHC, LMFT) and have two or more years experience providing clinical services to children and families. Experience with young children a plus.
