PARENT AIDE PROGRAM MANAGER
The Program Manager will be responsible for the daily operation of the Parent Aide program statewide. Responsibilities include program management, providing a high level of client services, assessing program and client's needs as well as outcomes and program quality in addition to general program administration. A successful program manager will be able to work collaboratively with other programs and child welfare agencies in the community, function independently and be comfortable with management responsibilities. Other duties include hiring, training and supervision of staff, program record keeping, reporting and compliance. Masters degree and clinical license preferred, minimum requirements include BA/BS degree with 5 years of experience working in child welfare or related field as well as having 3 years prior managerial experience. EARLY INTERVENTION SPEECH and LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST - SEACOAST, NH AREA (Part-time)
Provide professional services in our Early Supports and Services (ESS) program, which works with young children who have developmental delays, and their families. Work in family homes throughout the Seacoast area. Valid NH SLP license required. STREET OUTREACH CASE WORKER - MANCHESTER, NH AREA
As a Street Outreach Case Worker, you will work with a team to provide prevention, outreach, crisis intervention, intensive case management, support services, and aftercare to homeless and runaway youth ages 12-22. Work with youth to build trusting relationships, reduce and prevent sexual exploitation, and improve community awareness. You provide needs assessments, survival aid and basic needs services, intensive case management, and referrals as the first point of contact for homeless and runaway youth. BA in social services field or equivalent with minimum one-year experience working with youth required. Seeking someone with an energetic, outgoing personality, who can work a flexible schedule, including some evenings. Must be able to work independently and be a team player. Good organizational skills, ability to multi-task, time management skills, motivation, and willingness to think outside the box a must.
