Teen Turnabout

A community-based intensive supervision and tracking program designed to get troubled youth back on track through curfew monitoring, school attendance checks, job search/skill training, drug screening and case management.

Areas served:  Manchester, Concord, Franklin, Goffstown, Laconia, Plymouth, Dover and Rochester   

Serves youth ages: 11-17


Integrated Home-Based Services - NH

A short term service that works to restore positive functioning in families by assisting parents, children and teens through individualized treatment plans to meet each family’s needs including services such as:  practical parenting skills, life skills, therapy for the family and/or the teen, drug screening and education support.

Areas served:  Laconia, Manchester, Concord, Dover, Derry, Nashua, Hooksett, Franklin, Goffstown, Plymouth, Rochester, Lebanon and surrounding areas


Day Treatment

An alternative to out-of home placement to support adjudicated, at-risk youth who are transitioning from more restrictive environments as a step down from residential placement. Services include:  group therapy, life skills, drug screening, homework assistance and community services.

Areas served: Concord, Manchester and surrounding communities

Serves youth ages:  13-19


Permanency Solutions

A multi-faceted program that serves at-risk youth – tailoring therapeutic, social and community-based services to the specific needs of a child and his/her family… endeavoring to create a safe, stable, positive home environment for each child.  Recruits, trains and supports foster families for high-needs youth.

Counseling

Child and Family Services provides therapeutic counseling for children, youth and adults, couples and families addressing: child behaviors, problems in school, divorce, step-family adjustment, family violence, relationship conflicts, emotional complaints, stress, self-defeating behaviors, addictive behaviors, loss and trauma, anxiety, phobias and compulsions. 

Areas served: Claremont, Concord, Exeter, Franklin, Laconia, Lebanon, Manchester, Portsmouth


Adolescent Substance Abuse Treatment

An outpatient service that works with youth ages 12 - 21 and their families that includes substance abuse assessments, drug testing and family and individual therapy. 

Serves youth ages:  12-21

Areas served:  Merrimack County, Belknap County, Lebanon, Claremont, Greater Manchester


Group Home

This intermediate level residential care home in Concord, NH, serves youth 13-19 who can not live at home. Treatment includes milieu therapy, counseling, therapeutic recreation, and independent living preparation. Emergency overnight and short term crisis care are provided.

Intensive Family Based Services – VT

A short term service that works to restore positive functioning in families by assisting parents, children and teens through individualized treatment plans to meet each family’s needs including services such as:  practical parenting skills, life skills, therapy for the family and/or the teen, drug screening and education support.

Areas served:  Orange & Northern Windsor Counties, VT


Parent Aide (Child Health Support Services)

Provides supervised visits between parents and children and offers practical help with parenting and household management - A child abuse prevention and intervention initiative.

Areas served:  Nashua, Concord, Manchester, Lakes Region, Franklin, Rochester,

Upper Valley, Claremont


Youth Court

A state-of the art alternative to traditional juvenile justice in which youth first-time offenders are sentenced by a jury of their peers who work to find solution that will benefit the respondent, the victim and the community. The program is designed to divert anti-social behavior, increase accountability and prevent delinquency and future criminal behavior.

Ages served:  Age 18 and under
