RA needed in Manchester. Looking for a male volunteer Resident Assistant to share an apartment with up to three program participants in exchange for free rent.  Participants are employed, motivated young men ages 18-21.  The ideal candidate must be over 21 and employed and/or in school full time.  Candidates should be single and not parenting.  RA's role model life skills under the supervision of the program Casemanager.  RA's must be stable, positive, and capable of enforcing program rules.  Excellent communication skills a must. Home Visitor needed for the Healthy Families program-Manchester.  Position is full time, flexible hours.  BA and home visiting experience required.  Focus on health education, family support and child development.  Reference job code 0602.

 

Home Visitor needed for Family Support Program-Manchester.  Flexible, part-time (20 HOURS) for qualified individual to work with families with children 1-18 years of age.  Meet with families in their homes to provide: parent education, life skills help, resource information and guidance in connecting to other parents and supports in the community.  Qualifications:  BA in social work, or related human service field, with home visiting and computer experience preferred. Treatment Coordinator needed for the Group Home—Concord.  Flexible, part-time (20 HOURS).  Responsibilities will include managing intakes, completing assessments, treatment plans and providing individual and/or family therapy.  Position requires a Masters degree in a human services field and experience working in a clinical setting preferably with teens.  Reference job code 0907.

IHB Caseworker -- Full time professional needed in the Laconia/Concord areas to assist Master’s level clinicians in working with families and youth at risk of out-of-home placement.  Caseworkers will provide supervision and support to adjudicated youth and families with open child abuse and neglect cases.  Responsibilities include individual casework, supervision of group activities, independent living skills training and mentoring.  Afternoon, evening and weekend hours required.  Bachelor’s degree and 5 years experience required.  Excellent benefits.  Great job flexibility.  Reference job code 0606.

Caseworker needed in our Day Treatment Program.   Program provides supervision and behavioral modification for court ordered youth while collaborating with area courts, schools, therapists and other contacts.  The caseworker will develop strong relationships with youth and their families, facilitate topic groups relevant to youths’ needs,  and  support teens in developing independent living skills.  Reference job code 0608.

Physical Therapist opening.  The children served through our growing home based early intervention program (Eastern Rockingham County and the Seacoast area) need you in their lives.  NH license and pediatric experience required.   Reference job code 0905.

 

Homemakers and Companions  --  Caring individuals needed to assist elderly and disabled people in their homes in the Manchester area.  Light housekeeping, grocery shopping, errands and basic food preparation.  Must have a car.  Flexible hours.  Full and part time positions available.  Contact Dawn Wheeler 603-518-4139.

 

Licensed Nursing Assistants  --  Under the direction of the RN, the LNA helps clients to maintain their independence by assisting with activities of daily  living as described in the plan of care.  Must be a licensed nursing assistant in the state of NH.  License must be current and in good standing.  Must have current driver's license, automobile and auto insurance.  Contact Dottie Gove at 603-518-4305.

 

Personal Care Service Providers  --  Under the direction of an RN, the PCSP helps patients who are competent, capable of communicating and directing their own care, to maintain their independence by assisting with activities of daily living as described in the plan of care.  Minimum of 40 hours of training prior to the provision of personal care services.  Must have current driver's license, automobile and auto insurance.  Contact Dottie Gove at 603-518-4305.
