Early Supports and Services
Overview
Child and Family Services’ Early Supports & Services Program provides family-centered early supports and services and therapies to infants and toddlers (birth to three) who have developmental disabilities, developmental delays or are at risk of developmental delays. Services are provided in the child’s natural environment (home, daycare, playground etc.).

Eligibility
1. 33% delayed in any one of five developmental areas
Five developmental areas:
- Expressive and/or receptive language
- Fine motor and/or gross motor
- Cognitive
- Social/emotional
- Adaptive
